Oversee factory operations and implement robust quality-management processes to deliver defect-free leather goods on schedule.
Plan production schedules, allocate manpower and machinery
Define and enforce QC checkpoints (incoming, in-process, final)
Conduct root-cause analysis for defects; drive corrective-action plans
Train staff on SOPs, safety, Kaizen and 5S methodologies
Monitor yield, scrap rates and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
5+ years in manufacturing/QC leadership (textiles/leather preferred)
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six-Sigma or similar frameworks
Demonstrated people-management and process-improvement experience
Data-driven mindset with comfort in production-planning software
